So my very expensive Vaio has a broken DC Jack. I checked the repair cost with a local shack and it was as expensive as a new laptop. Not as shiny, but still. So I opened up the laptop using this guide:

After some read fiddly work I managed to remove the broken part. And to my surprise I finally found a place online which seemed to have the exact same part.

Just ordered one with the most expensive Fedex shipping method. Should arrive tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, if that works I'm going to be more than amazed! :)
